Baltimore Orioles play a baseball game without fans
Baltimore has seen near-daily protests since the death of Freddie Gray on 19 April while in police custody, including violence riots on Monday evening.
The Baltimore Orioles played their Wednesday game against the Chicago White Sox without any spectators after a decision made by the league's commissioner.
The BBC spoke to fans who watched the game in a nearby hotel balcony.
