US 'disagrees' with China on cyber security issues
Top political and economic leaders from China are in Washington this week, meeting their American counterparts.
The annual gathering, called the Strategic and Economic Dialogue, is a chance for the world's two largest economies to talk face-to-face about the issues facing their nations, including the ongoing issue of cyber security following a major hack of US government data.
US State Department spokesman, Rear Admiral John Kirby, spoke to the BBC's Katty Kay about the talks.
