Hillary Clinton warns China is 'hacking' US

Former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has accused China of hacking commercial and government institutions to steal sensitive information.

Speaking at an event in New Hampshire on Saturday, Mrs Clinton - who is running for a second time to be the Democratic Party's presidential candidate - warned that China "know[s] they're in a competition, and they're going to do everything to win it."

Mrs Clinton also urged caution over the rapid growth of China's military.
