Cecil the lion: Dozens protest outside hunter's surgery

There have been protests in Minnesota against the man who shot dead Cecil the lion in Zimbabwe.

There is still no word on where Walter Palmer is, but people have been demonstrating outside his dental surgery.

A professional hunter has appeared in court in Zimbabwe charged over Cecil's death.
