Astronaut Chris Hadfield's out-of-this-world album
Chris Hadfield has brought the music of the heavens back to Earth.
Astronaut and author has released an album of songs, titled Space Sessions: Songs from a Tin Can, that he wrote and recorded in space.
Commander Hadfield first gained worldwide attention when his rendition of David Bowie's Space Oddity, performed while on the International Space Station, became a YouTube sensation.
He tells the BBC's Laura Trevelyan about the challenges of recording while floating above the Earth, and how he hopes the album will bring space travel a little closer to home for listeners.
