Ted Cruz: 'US needs a wartime president'

Texas Senator Ted Cruz says he is "deeply concerned" that the mass shooting in California is "another manifestation of radical Islamic terrorism here at home".

The Republican presidential candidate acknowledged all of the details are not known yet, but told a forum of the Republican Jewish Coalition that the US needs a "wartime president".
