Muslim protester ejected from Donald Trump rally

A Muslim woman staging a silent protest has been ejected from a rally held by US Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump.

Mr Trump has caused controversy in recent weeks by suggesting that Muslims should be banned from entering the country.
