Car does 'doughnuts' in Hollywood during high speed chase

A car chase in Los Angeles has ended in a bizarre fashion with the suspects stopping to exchange high-fives with onlookers and take selfies, before waiting to be handcuffed.

The chase began after a reported burglary in Cerritos, continued through Hollywood with the driver doing "doughnuts", before ending in South Los Angeles.
