Patricia Arquette: 'A real human price is paid for wage inequality'

In the US, women earn just 79-percent of what their male counterparts make, or 79-cents on the dollar.

In Iceland, women make 89-percent of what men make -- and that's the best country for pay equality. In the UK and China, the figures are even lower.

And Oscar winner Patricia Arquette, a single mother, is not happy about these statistics.

She and Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney sat down with the BBC's Katty Kay on equal pay day to discuss the "human price being paid for wage inequality" and how we can fix it.
