Dallas shooting: Eyewitness describes officer being hit

An eyewitness to the Dallas shootings has told the Victoria Derbyshire programme how he saw a police officer being shot.

Brendan Hester got caught up in the violence as he was documenting a protest against the shooting of black men by police officers.

He said: "Some people were saying the police officers deserved it... it's scary just to be around that."
