Dallas shootings: 'The nation is at a tipping point'
A black Christian leader in Texas has told the BBC the United States is "at a tipping point" in race relations.
The Reverend Bryan Carter, who preaches to an almost entirely African-American congregation at the 3,300-capacity Concord Baptist Church in Dallas, said footage of police shootings of black men and the deadly ambush of police in the city were extremely worrying.
"I think the nation really is at a tipping point," he said.
