Police clear Native American protest camp

Police in the state of North Dakota have begun clearing a Native American protest camp that they say is being held on private land.

The remaining protesters, who oppose the Dakota Access oil pipeline, have been pushed back to their main encampment on public land.

They say the pipeline will harm their drinking water and violate sacred sites.
