US Election 2016: Clinton campaign manager says 'head home'

Hillary Clinton's campaign manager, John Podesta, has told supporters gathered at their headquarters in New York, to "head home, get some sleep".

Refusing to concede victory, he told supporters: "They're still counting votes, and every vote should count."
