Pruitt 'cares about the environment'

David Rivkin, a former legal adviser to George Bush Senior and Ronald Reagan, has defended Donald Trump's appointment of climate change sceptic Scott Pruitt as the new head of the Environmental Protection Agency.

Mr Rivkin has worked with Scott Pruitt on a number of legal cases and tells the Today programme Pruitt 'absolutely cares about the environment.'
