Lord Richards: 'Cyber war is a two-edged sword'

US President Barack Obama has vowed to take action against Russia for its alleged interference in the US presidential election campaign.

But Lord Richards, former chief of the defence staff, told the Today programme the US "will have to think very carefully about a tit-for-tat operation with the Russians" as "you never really know where it's going to end up".
