Boy, 7, steals show at Republican senator's town hall event

A seven-year-old called Toby Smith had a question to ask Republican Senator Tom Cotton about President Trump's planned wall - and he stole the show.

During a heated town hall meeting, the young boy asked Senator Cotton why Donald Trump planned to cut public broadcasting services to build a border wall with Mexico.
