Trump did 'everything he can' on health

White House spokesman Sean Spicer says Mr Trump has done everything he can to convince lawmakers to vote for the Republican healthcare replacement bill.

"At the end of the day, this isn't a dictatorship," Mr Spicer said at the White House briefing, adding that lawmakers may face angry voters if they do not replace Obamacare.
