Charlottesville: Trump condemns hatred but dodges question

US President Donald Trump has denounced "hatred, bigotry, and violence on many sides" after violence erupted at a far-right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.

One woman died when a car ploughed in to counter-protesters, but Mr Trump ignored questions about whether his condemnation went far enough.
