Tropical Storm Harvey: Streets turned into rivers in Houston

More than a thousand people have been rescued in flooded parts of Houston, as Tropical Storm Harvey continues to hit Texas with heavy rains.

The National Weather Service said the severe conditions were "unprecedented".
