Pence: 'Those responsible will be brought to justice'

US Vice President Mike Pence has condemned those responsible for sending suspected explosive devices to former US President Barack Obama and ex-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The Time Warner building in New York was also evacuated due to a suspicious package.
