Wisconsin witnesses recount how SUV mowed down parade-goers

"Little girls flying through the air." Witnesses recount the moment a red SUV ploughed into a crowd at the Waukesha Christmas parade.

Five people died and over 40 were injured. A person of interest was identified and the vehicle has been recovered.
