Dramatic footage captures freezing labradoodle's river rescue

Labradoodle Lucy got away from her owner during a walk and jumped into the icy waters of the Detroit River in the US state of Michigan.

First responders from Wyandotte police department, fire department, and animal control used a catchpole to pull Lucy back to safety. She has been returned to her owner safe and sound.
