Pentagon leak: 'A dumb kid showing off to his friends'

Bradley Moss, a lawyer specialising in national security, has told the BBC what he makes of the latest US intelligence leak.

He said Jack Teixeira's case was different from that of Edward Snowden or Chelsea Manning.
