Handcuffed Daniel Penny escorted out of police station

Ex-Marine Daniel Penny, who placed a fellow passenger in a chokehold on a New York subway, surrendered to police this morning. Penny is accused of causing Jordan Neely's death on 1 May, and has now been charged with manslaughter.
