Tom Emmer slams ‘Joe Biden's failed agenda’

In February, Congressman Tom Emmer took aim at President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address.

“American voters elected a Republican House majority to counteract Joe Biden's failed agenda,” Emmer said.

Republicans selected Emmer as their nominee for House speaker as they try for a third time.
