Ceasefire protesters and police clash at DNC headquarters
A pro-Palestinian demonstration turned violent when protesters and Capitol Police clashed outside the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee in Washington DC. Officials say organisers had gathered 'violently', though protesters maintain they were peaceful.
The gathering was organised in part by the If Not Now Movement, a left-wing Jewish campaign group which advocates against the State of Israel.
