Palestinian-American family feel 'betrayed' after shooting

The uncles of two of the Palestinian students shot in Vermont on Saturday have expressed their sense of betrayal over the attack.

Radi Tamimi, uncle of Kinnan Abdalhamid, and Rich Price, uncle of Hisham Awartani, said that they brought their relatives to the US looking for a safe place, far from the West Bank.

"We feel somehow betrayed in that decision', said Mr Tamimi.
