Glynn Simmons says ruling clearing him of murder a 'vindication'
On Tuesday, a judge in Oklahoma ruled that there won't be a retrial in the case of Glynn Simmons.
He was condemned of murder when he was 22 years old in 1974, but has always maintained his innocence.
Last July a district court vacated his sentence after finding out that key evidence wasn't shared with the defence at the time of trial.
