Katie Britt: Biden has been in office longer than I've been alive

Alabama Senator Katie Britt delivered the Republican rebuttal to the president's State of the Union speech on Thursday night.

Speaking from the kitchen of her family home, the 42 year old attempted to draw a sharp contrast with the US president, who would be 82 at the start of a second term in the White House.

"What we saw was the performance of a permanent politician who has actually been in office longer than I've been alive," she said.
