My Bottom Line: Tim Wright, former MD of IMG India
Tim Wright is the former managing director of the global sports, fashion and media business IMG India.
He was on the team which launched the Indian Premier League - India's lucrative Twenty20 cricket league.
Tim recalls the huge amount of work involved - organising 59 matches involving 8 new team franchises which employed 84 players from around the world.
The IPL was launched in just 10 weeks and Tim says much of this came together at the last minute - but its immediate success gave the launch team a huge sense of achievement.
Tim appeared on The Bottom Line which is broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and BBC World Service. Listen again via the download or watch it on the BBC News Channel.
