TSB boss Paul Pester says bank is 'on its knees'
The chief executive of TSB, Paul Pester, has told BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast that the bank is "on its knees" over problems with online and mobile banking systems which has affected millions of customers.
Speaking to Sean Farrington, Mr Pester said that customers will see the interest rate on TSB current accounts increase from 3% to 5%, and that there will be no overdraft interest charges during April.
