John Lewis: Sharon White on why more stores are closing

John Lewis has confirmed it will close more stores, with Chairwoman Sharon White citing an increase in online shopping as in important factor in the decision.

Ms White said: "There is no getting away from the fact that some areas can no longer profitably sustain a John Lewis store."
