Cars swept away in Bulgaria floods
Floods have hit parts of south-east Bulgaria, killing at least three people, including two rescue workers.
Hundreds of people in the region have been forced to evacuate their homes and infrastructure has been damaged.
A state of emergency has been declared along part of the country's Black Sea coast, where vehicles have been washed away and homes have been left without power.
Video shows the moment dozens of cars were washed away in the town of Elenite.
