"Four-day weeks are good for business," says Joe Munns, the CEO of home-baking business Bakedin. Ever since starting his home-baking business five years ago, he has given his staff a three-day weekend. He says it makes them happier and more productive. And, he says, it makes it easier to recruit new employees.
