I acted when I saw sexual harassment, says CBI boss

Rain Newton-Smith, the new boss of the CBI, told the BBC that she raised concerns over sexual harassment when she was in a senior role at the group.

"Whenever I have seen sexual harassment, I have acted and I raised those issues," she said.

Her appointment comes after the CBI admitted it hired "culturally toxic" staff and failed to fire people who sexually harassed colleagues.
