Election 2015 smaller parties: Alliance for Green Socialism

The leader of the Alliance for Green Socialism does not seem keen on a link up with the Green Party which is probably better known to most voters.

Mike Davies told Andrew Neil that the Greens "really don't have a clue" and started out as right-wing party. He also attacked the Green Party's record running Brighton and Hove City Council.

Davies said his party had a manifesto with "a lot of very clear policies", and spoke about its plans to fight austerity.

Also joining in was Green Party candidate Darren Hall, who said the parties should work together.

This is one of a series of interviews with 22 smaller parties contesting seats at the 2015 general election.
