US Election 2016: Presiding over a divided flock

Pastor Derwin Gray, a former NFL player, started Transformation Church in North Carolina in 2010 to bring together Christians of denominations, ages, ethnicities and political beliefs.

He doesn't tell his congregation which candidate to support, but he believes in the power of the ballot box and the freedom of Americans to vote their conscience.

He talked to the BBC's Katty Kay about his faith and his experiences in the crucial swing state of North Carolina.
