Singer James Morrison has topped this week's UK album chart with his new record The Awakening.

In the singles chart, Spanish DJ Sak Noel went to number one with his debut single Loca People, knocking N-Dubz singer Dappy off the top spot.

Maroon 5 remain at number two with Moves Like Jagger, and in third place are the Goo Goo Dolls after they rocketed from 120 to three with Iris.

In the album chart, the only other new release in the top 10 was Blink 182.

Neighborhoods, at number six this week, was the US rock band's sixth album.

Kasabian's album Velociraptor! fell one place this week to number two and Ed Sheeran's +, which had also topped the chart, was at number three.

In its 36th week, Adele's 21 was at number four, followed by Nirvana's Nevermind.

The record was originally released in 1991 but has been remastered to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

Nevermind, which includes the hit singles Smells Like Teen Spirit and Come As You Are, climbed 152 places.

David Guetta, Example, Joe McElderry and Bruno Mars also secured positions in this week's top 10.
