    Quote Message

"I heard this just group of people scream at the same time ... and then I look to my left and I saw a white van with it's front turn signal looks like it was broken out and it was going as - at first I thought it must be someone just working and driving, like a service vehicle, then I realised he was going too fast and looked to be as if he was going left to right hitting people at the little stands. There was people shopping basically - and all of a sudden people were just screaming and running."
