    Good morning and welcome to our coverage of this week's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg.

    On the show this morning, we’ll be hearing from Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who will be talking to Laura about his decision to scrap winter fuel payments for most pensioners, the Grenfell fire report, the summer riots, and his upcoming visit to the White House.

    He'll also be discussing a report into the NHS in England, which is due to be published in full on Thursday.

    Later, former security minister Tom Tugendhat will speak to Laura about his bid to become the next Conservative leader. He's the first of five candidates to be interviewed on the programme.
