Snow has led to a number of school closures across Dorset
A number of roads were closed due to snow with police warning driving conditions remain treacherous.
Some bus and train services face disruption.

Bus company South West Coaches has cancelled a number of routes because of the weather.
In a statement, it said: "We have had at least two buses unable to even begin their routes due to the snow, preventing them from reaching their starting points.
"Unfortunately, one of those was a school service to Yetminster."
It added buses were unable to get up the hill at Lyon's Gate, near Cerne Abbas.
Services are still running in and around Weymouth.
Bus operator First Dorset also said it had abandoned a number of its school services due to the current snow and more forecast.

The warning is in place along the south and south west England until 15:00 GMT.

The A354 is impassable due to snow between A35 at Puddletown and the A350 Badger Roundabout at Blandford St Mary.
Dorset Police have closed the A35 between Monkey's Jump Roundabout in Dorchester and Winterbourne Abbas, due to snow.
The force said drivers should seek alternative routes and avoid travel in the area.
Bus operator, Morebus which runs services across Bournemouth, Poole, Ringwood, Blandford, Wimborne and Swanage said it had been forced to suspend services "until the roads become driveable again".
The schools closed, external include Charmouth Primary School in Charmouth, Thomas Hardye School, Dorchester, and Sir John Colfox Academy in Bridport.
Posting on its website, Greenford CE Primary School in Dorchester said it had made the decision "due to the rapid change in weather conditions".
The school said its staff were unable to safely travel to the school.
