The Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) remains the largest in Northern Ireland after all 108 seats in the assembly were declared.

McCrossan denies SDLP is 'split'
The SDLP's Daniel McCrossan, who's been elected as an MLA in West Tyrone, tells Karen Patterson on BBC Radio Ulster that a "tremendous amount of work" went into the party's campaign in the constituency.

However he denied that the SDLP is "riven with splits."
"The reality is that the SDLP is going through tremendous change and with change comes challenge. Every party is the same, it's not unique to the SDLP."

Speculation grows
The Ulster Unionist leader Mike Nesbitt wouldn't confirm speculation that his party might go into opposition in the assembly.

He told BBC Radio Ulster's Seamus McKee: "We said we were seeking a mandate to go into negotiations on the programme for government and .... whether there is a collective will to deliver on it."
