But the main points are:
- Several underground stations are closed, including Lambeth North, Tooting Broadway and Balham
- On Southern trains there is no service between East Croydon and Victoria - the lines are blocked which means the Gatwick Express is suspended
- No trains between London Liverpool Street and Ilford
- Major disruption due to flooding at Manor Park
- Service suspended on London Overground between Canonbury and Hackney Wick due to electrical supply problems
- Service suspended on London Overground between New Cross and Surrey Quays due to flooding
- SouthEastern services on the Bexleyheath line are currently suspended owing to flooding at Lewisham and a lineside fire at Bexleyheath
- Disruption on South West Trains due to lightning damaging the signalling system between Virginia Water and Weybridge and all lines are blocked. There are no trains between Shepperton and Fulwell until approximately 12:00 BST

The warnings, meaning flooding is expected and immediate action is required, are for:
- The River Ingrebourne at Hornchurch
- The River Rom at Romford
- Bishops Waltham and Botley on the River Hamble
- The River Crouch from Noak Bridge to Runwell
- The River Wid from Ingatestone to Writtle
- The River Ingrebourne at Harold Park
- River Quaggy at Chinbrook, Mottingham and Eltham
- Kyd Brook at Petts Wood
- River Shuttle in Blackfen, Sidcup, Old Bexley and Crayford

London Fire Brigade took a day's worth of calls in 90 minutes, with its crews attending flooded premises and roads as well as properties hit by lightning.
A Met Office yellow "be prepared" warning has been issued, after reports of 40mm (1.5ins) of rain in some areas.
