    Support in the village of Llanymynech, on the Shropshire/Powys border is split down the middle, with pubs expecting to welcome equal numbers of England and Wales fans.

    The border runs down the main street, with The Cross Keys sitting on the English side and The Dolphin on the Welsh.

    I'm in Llanymynech, a village straddling the border between Powys, in mid Wales, and Shropshire, England, to watch the football this afternoon.

    Its name is Welsh for "church of the monks".

    There are spectacular cliffs and caves on the edge of the village (pictured), along with several pubs and small businesses in the village itself.

    On its website, Llanymynech Golf Club boasts you can tee-off in Wales and putt-out in England, external.

    British golfers, and roommates, Chris Wood and Jamie Donaldson, have given their predictions for England v Wales to BBC Radio 5 Live.

    Wales' Donaldson (pictured right) says: “It's going to be a scrappy game, England won't be able to score, Bale will score and then we'll hold on and win 1-0."

    Bristol's Wood replies: “They (Wales) will score. But it will be 2-1 England. You'd like to see England try and score first and win the game. Then I'll be coming up here, with the right result taken care of, full of positive thoughts and I'll take some money off this boy."

    The British pair were speaking ahead of the US Open, which gets under way later today in Pennsylvania.
