London Irish are back in the Premiership, after a comprehensive 84-66 aggregate victory over Yorkshire Carnegie.

Nick Kennedy's side were relegated from England's top division last season, but have returned at the first attempt after a crazy game at the Madejski Stadium.

In total, 12 tries were scored in their 55-48 victory, with Alex Lewington and Brendan McKibbin both scoring a brace.

There was increased security at the Madejski Stadium last night, as a result of the attack in Manchester.
