It's been a long time coming, but last night it finally happened - bottom club Aston Villa secured their first win under Remi Garde, at home to Crystal Palace.

After 158 days, 19 games and 1,710 minutes of football Joleon Lescott's goal was enough for Villa's second win of the season, their first since the opening day back in August.

After a frosty, bright start showery rain will move in from the west through the afternoon.
