A father has been accused of murdering his newborn baby son, who died a month after being taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Daniel Sanzone, of Whitburn Close, Wolverhampton, is charged with murder, causing or allowing the death of a child and neglect.

A second teenager has been charged after a disabled man was mugged following a night out in Wolverhampton.
The victim, 20, who is partially sighted and has cerebral palsy, was robbed in an underpass on Wulfruna Street.

The club have been up for sale for most of the season, following the revelation of Morgan's intentions in September.

BreakingTwo people are due to appear in court today to face further charges in connection with the death of a baby in Wolverhampton, West Midlands Police says, external. Unemployed 22-year-old Daniel Sanzone from Whitburn Close, Wolverhampton, has been charged with murder, causing or allowing the death of a child and neglect, the force says. It adds that 18-year-old Zoe Howell, from the same address, is accused of causing or allowing the death of a child and neglect.
Previous charges for the pair - grievous bodily harm, engaging in sexual activity with a child and allowing serious injury to a child - still stand. They were brought after the then two-week-old child was taken to hospital with serious injuries in October last year.
The boy spent almost a month in intensive care before he died.
