Tony Pulis has stuck with the same West Brom side who started last Saturday's 1-0 win at Crystal Palace, which means that Saido Berahino continues in attack alongside Salomon Rondon, and centre-half Jonny Evans continues to fill in at left-back.
West Brom XI: Foster; Dawson, McAuley, Olsson, Evans; Phillips, Fletcher, Yacob, Gardner; Rondon, Berahino.
Everton are also unchanged, meaning that they should stick with the 3-4-2-1 line-up that Ronald Koeman deployed for last week's 1-1 draw against Tottenham. Romelu Lukaku, who returned to training on Tuesday following a heel problem, is on the bench with new signings Yannick Bolasie and Ashley Williams.
Everton XI: Stekelenburg; Holgate, Jagielka, Funes Mori; McCarthy, Gueye, Barry, Baines; Mirallas, Barkley; Deulofeu.

Some of the items stolen from police forces in the West Midlands have been recovered over the past five years.
When thieves made off with a blue flashing lamp, officers in Warwickshire managed to get it back.
But cops in our region haven't always been so lucky. When four horses were pinched from West Mercia Police the thieves got away scot-free.
Whether items were retrieved or not, some people are already asking whether the boys and girls in blue need to be a little more careful with their own property.

Who does Kevin Thomson believe will wear the Scotland captain's armband following Scott Brown's international retirement?
"Darren Fletcher is the obvious one," he said. "He's got a great C.V. and has had a massive career.
"And he's a captain at a club [West Brom] at the moment. That would be the obvious one although I don't think I'm in the position to pick the next Scotland captain.
"I'm pretty sure Gordon Strachan will have an idea of who [he wants] to lead when they have 10-day trips or the international breaks when the boys come away.
"You can always tell the boys that other boys respect and gravitate to. That's always in the back of a manager's thoughts: if you're popular within the lads - and you make yourself available for other boys, especially the new ones coming into the squad - then that's a candidate that someone would potentially be looking at."
