  16. Analysis: Can new boss Harry Redknapp help Blues avoid relegation?published at 13:55 British Summer Time 18 April 2017

    Dan Pallett
    BBC Midlands Today Sport

Birmingham City were three points off third place when they appointed Ginafranco Zola in December and Blues now lie three points off relegation.

So can Harry Redknapp save Blues' season?

Well, he is vastly experienced and will certainly give the club some much-needed momentum.

The baffling thing about Zola's reign is that the players were under-performing so badly. Now Redknapp has his chance.

He's won the FA Cup with Portsmouth and was manager of the year when Tottenham qualified for the Champions League.

He's gained promotion to the Premier League with Portsmouth and QPR but first things first, he has just three games left to save the Blues, starting at Villa Park on Sunday.

It's certainly not going to be dull.
