A girl is being treated in hospital for serious injuries after she was hit by a car outside a primary school in Stourbridge.
The ambulance service was called to Hob Green Road in Wollescote, external, at about 09:00 this morning.
The girl was initially unconscious but came round as she was treated by paramedics.
She is now at Birmingham Children's Hospital being treated for her injuries, which have been described as serious.

A bungalow fire that claimed the life of an elderly woman in Hereford on Monday isn't thought to be suspicious, Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service has said.
It started at the property on Panson Place at 19:05 and the woman was found dead at the scene.
The fire service says a full investigation is still ongoing.
Additional powers have been granted to police in Cheadle after a spate of crime in the town last weekend.

A road in Birmingham remains closed after a police cordon was put in last night after gun shots were fired outside a kebab shop.
West Midlands Police has closed off Soho Road in Handsworth between Stafford Road and Thornhill Road after officers were called to reports of an assault.
A spokesperson for the police says there are bullet holes in the shop windows and officers have started an investigation into what happened.
No injuries have been reported.

Former athlete Craig Ellams, from Trentham, thought nothing could come close to the despair of missing out on the Commonwealth Games, but a diagnosis of testicular cancer left him and his wife lost for words.
He thought he would never have children.
Five years on, Mr Ellams is celebrating receiving the all-clear from cancer in the same week as his daughter Connie's third birthday.
